Nightengate’s Boat Destroyed by dynamite blast on river
A blast blew apart Tobias Nightengate’s boat on Massachusetts Street area, shattering his house windows and those of nearby homes. A stick of dynamite planted to destroy the vessel caused the blast, with Nightengate linked to river work and recent boat losses. Officials suspect interloper anger from local river factions targeting his boats and nets to force his removal.
