KU and JCCC strike agreement to ease student transfer
Kansas University and Johnson County Community College announced a new plan allowing simultaneous admission to both institutions for fall 1997 entrants. Transferable coursework will move from JCCC to KU toward a four year degree, with joint advising and KU faculty adviser assignments on site. A KU representative will visit JCCC two days weekly to assist students.
