After 32 months of study, Douglas County and city leaders will review the A Place for Everyone plan at City Hall. The initiative aims to virtually eliminate homelessness by 2028, with most funds going to permanent affordable housing and wraparound services, including rental assistance. Commissioners will assess total funding needs for the plan.
