U N rejects Iraqi offer on inspection flights

The United Nations rejected Baghdad s offer for safe passage of inspection flights insisting inspectors must be allowed from any point under Gulf War cease fire terms. Bush Pentagon weighs cuts to pay Somalia mission cost
