Foreclosures fall 29 percent in 2014
The RealtyTrac report shows U S foreclosures dropped 29 percent in 2014 to the lowest since 2006 with starts down 14 percent. While nationwide volume fell, states like Massachusetts New Jersey and Nevada saw December increases and banks held about 421 164 homes not yet sold.
