Awful act grips Kansas town in child poisoning case

Mrs. Joseph Hildebrandt, living six miles south of the city, administered poison to her seven children at breakfast yesterday before taking poison herself. Five died of the poison, two survived. She later hanged herself in a barn as neighbors discovered the scene. Mr. Hildebrandt, a cancer patient, is under hospital care in Kansas City.
