District cancels K12 Inc contract at Lawrence Virtual High
Lawrence school district superintendent Rick Doll said the district will take over management of Lawrence Virtual High School after the school posted a 26.3 percent graduation rate last year. K12 Inc will be paid through June 30, with district staff running the school from the start of the second semester. The board will decide later this year whether to continue a virtual charter.
