Atchison Kansas January 12 a suit filed in federal court seeks 236 468 81 against J S He and Company a brokerage with offices in New York Chicago and City alleging Aloysius B Bradley former assistant cashier at Atchison Bank took 68 000 deposited with the broker to cover stock transactions and that 52 000 in stock assessments were created by Bradley operations The case questions brokers right to accept securities from persons in trust without source investigation and seeks damages for publicity and other alleged losses
