Portable all in one kit aids military chaplains
Lt Col Ben Richardson leads a Natick conceived portable kit allowing chaplains to convert a plastic box into an office and altar. The waterproof, dust sealed pack weighs 80 pounds empty and up to 150 pounds loaded, carries linens and sacred items, and can become a table, chair, or altar with modular parts. It aims to improve worship for troops in deployment and mirrors the Army containerized chapel efforts.
