The ASCS will report all 1967 program payments under ACP cotton feed grain wheat and others to the IRS including payments to farmers assignees and agencies for debts. Notices on Form CCC 182 will be mailed in January and some may receive a Form 1099 supplement. Over three million farmers expected to receive notices.
