Former KU Student Arrives in Beau Geste Film World
Former University of Kansas student Buddy Rogers of Olathe is cast as John in Beau Geste. A telegram from New York confirms his lead role in the Paramount picture directed by Herbert Brenon. Rogers, who left KU after two years, has begun a professional acting career with filming in New York and Lake Maead, with scenes at Red Bridge. He anticipates returning to Kansas if possible.
