Detainers On File For Two Kansas City Prisoners
Detainers are on file in the Kansas City Missouri Police Department for two prisoners wanted by Douglas County officers in three local burglaries. The suspects Larry Dean Foster 19 and Herbert Dale Purvis 25 are being held in Kansas City jail and will be charged locally with burglary and grand larceny.
