Detroit January 10 probate court awards Annie Laurine Dodge widow of Daniel D Dodge a 1,250,000 share from an 11,000,000 estate. The ruling allocates 1.25 million to the widow 3.5 million to Mathilda R Wilson the mother 6 million to state and federal inheritance taxes. Siblings Isabel Sloan Winifred Seyburn and Frances Johnson are cut out. The widow keeps a 5,000 dollar monthly allowance pending litigation. Judge Thomas C Murphy presided. Daniel Dodge heir to John Dodge estate died during his honeymoon in 1920. The former Ontario switchboard operator met him at Gore Bay Ontario.
