Carbondale man sentenced in internet solicitation case
Robert Starkebaum, 39, received concurrent sentences totaling five years for electronic solicitation of a child and two counts of attempted aggravated rape and sodomy. He was arrested in a 2007 Baldwin City sting and pleaded guilty last year. The judge downwardly departed on the solicitation sentence.
