Diesel barge spill coats San Juan beaches in Puerto Rico

In Cooleemee North Carolina Roger Spillman paid 75 dollars at a salvage auction for a radio amplifier he could not use. The device is a 363735 dollar Milstar system component designed to survive a nuclear attack. Raytheon and Air Force officials traced the unit to the Milstar program and recovered it with a court order.
