Industry sources say Deutsche Telekom AG France Telecom and Sprint Corp near an agreement to unwind the money-losing Global One international joint venture. Sprint which owns about half of Global One may sell its stake to focus on its $115 billion MCI WorldCom takeover. France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom each hold about 25 percent of the venture, valued at more than $10 billion last fall. It remained unclear which European partner would control the venture after the deal.
