Finney opens Lawrence SRS office and backs raises
Governor Joan Finney attended the dedication of the 22,000 square foot Lawrence area office of the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services at 1901 Del. The event also featured SRS Secretary Donna Whiteman and Acting Commissioner Herman Hofenstein. Finney promised a 2.5 percent state employee pay raise as she pursues the initiative.
