Hillmon case to be aired before Kansas Insurance Dept

The Hillman fraud case against Mutual Life, Connecticut Mutual and New York Life is set for a Kansas Department of Insurance hearing. Sallie Hillman accuses the firms of conspiracy to defraud and mutilating the dead body to defeat identification, detailing alleged coercion, forged statements, and improper handling of the inquest. The complaint, filed in court, names Dr. J H Stuart and attorney W J Buchan among others and seeks state action to protect policyholders. The hearing was scheduled for March 8 at 8:50 am with a team of attorneys representing Hillman.
