A UN panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization ruled that Jeff Burgar of High Prairie Alberta held no rights to the Internet domain www celinedion com and ordered transfer to Celine Dion and Sony Music Entertainment. Burgar said he ran the site as a fan club with clear notices of unauthorized use and no commercial gain.

Stephen King to serialize Dreamcatcher excerpts online
