Suit Filed Against Carl Miller for 14310 Damage
A $14 310 damage suit was filed in District Court against Carl Miller of Route 1 by Mr. and Mrs. Glen E. Henrichsen of Route 1. Kansas City AP reports Kenneth A. Spencer founder of Spencer Chemical Co died in Miami at 58. His will bequeaths about 1 million to family and 300000 to church and institutions.
