Douglas county CWA started a new work week yesterday with a 496 worker limit. State projects will employ some staff starting Monday as the state highway department funds shoulder improvements on 40 between Lawrence and Kanwaka and on 73W to the Douglas Jefferson county line. The health department will push sanitary toilet installations in rural districts. About 65 men will work on the two state projects. Weather kept CWA workers from today, but time may be made up later.
