Tucker traveled to Topeka with a bill to authorize a compact between Kansas and Missouri. The authority would enable planning for the Kansas City Mo. Municipal airport terminal and the Fairfax Municipal airport in Kansas City Kan. A Missouri bill will follow in Jefferson City. Passage of both would require U.S. congressional ratification. The Kansas bill is expected to be introduced tomorrow.
