Daoud Daoud, top Amal commander in south Lebanon, says several accomplices in the kidnapping of U N observer Lt Col William R Higgins have been arrested. He adds the mastermind escaped and Higgins may still be in south Lebanon as Amal and U N troops seal a 300 square mile area around Tyre and search cave valleys and groves.

Train Fire Kills Crew Member on Amtrak California Zephyr
