Cully, in Douglas County District Court, faced a preliminary hearing after a Christmas morning arrest for stabbing Francisco at his apartment. A video shows their heated exchange before the attack. Francisco died from internal bleeding from a stab wound near the collarbone. Arraignment set for March 28.
