Phenix T's ready for softball in Lawrence spring season
Lawrence youth softball earns late winter indoor practice as Phenix T's 10 and under team, built from Baldwins, Ottawa, Tonganoxie, Lecompton, De Soto and Lawrence, gears up for April start. Coach Gary Tanner, Haskell softball mentor since 1998, emphasizes fundamentals and balance with other activities. The squad plans five to seven tournaments in Kansas City Olathe Topeka and Lawrence, with potential fall ball next year.
