Boy Scout Shot by Mine Guard Near Boulder

Three U S B 47 Crewmen Die In England Crash

Bush Pilots in Alaska Save Six Men in Snowy Wreck
Two Alaska bush pilots Cliff Hudson and Don Sheldon were credited with rescuing six survivors from a crashed Air Force C47 near Curry Alaska after a night in subfreezing cold. The plane exploded during the flight from Anchorage to Fairbanks, eight were missing and two died.
