Eight year old confesses to killing in Tennessee
Neighbors described a ramshackle mobile home with fights and trash where two young boys lived with their mother and her boyfriend. The 8-year-old confessed to stabbing Keith Podzebka, 41, amid reports of neglect. The district attorney weighs juvenile versus adult prosecution as authorities hold the case. The mother pleaded guilty to child neglect, receiving a suspended six month sentence, and the children were placed in foster care.
