East Lawrence to Get New Affordable Housing Project
Chad Lawhorn reports Lawrence moves toward a new affordable housing development in the Warehouse Arts District funded with 450000 in local grants. The four story building at Ninth and Delaware will include 39 one bedroom apartments and six ground floor units with potential for an office or store. Much of the project could be built offsite and assembled onsite to shorten construction time.
