Kansas regents seek resolution backing education goal
The Kansas Board of Regents plans a legislative resolution for the 2014 session to support its Foresight 2020 plan. The aim is to raise Kansans with postsecondary credentials from 50 percent to 60 percent by 2020. Some regents favor a state law rather than a resolution to enforce the target.
