Jurors in a cigarette linked wrongful death suit ended their first day of deliberations without a verdict. They asked questions suggesting they consider whether cancer killed the smoker. The panel, with two smokers, returned for a reading of testimony from the treating doctor of John Mark Galbraith, diagnosed with lung cancer.
