Robert B. Buckley, 71, a Kansas University graduate student and teaching assistant in the Watha Mathematics Department, died of a cerebral hemorrhage at his Sioux City Iowa home. He had felt ill last week. funeral services are planned in South Chicago Illinois with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
