Final Rites for Dudley C. Haskell at Oak Hill
Services for Dudley C. Haskell were held at his family home and Plymouth Congregational church with Knights Templar, De Molay, and civic leaders present. Attendants filled the church as sermons by Rev. Cordley and remarks by John Kasson honored his public service, birth in Lawrence, and leadership in Kansas politics. The burial at Oak Hill followed in a tone of solemn respect from state officers, university leaders, and mourners alike.
