Douglas County jury pool to be drawn for double murder trial
Judge Amy Hanley scheduled jury selection for January in the Douglas County District Court case of Rodney E. Marshall 53 charged with two counts of first degree murder and multiple felonies. About 120 potential jurors summoned to fill a 16 member panel with four alternates. selection could last a day and a half, with opening arguments possible soon after.
