Multimillion-dollar meth ring linked to Kansas home
An indictment unsealed by the U S Attorney links a Douglas County property to a meth conspiracy. Ezequiel Olivas-Yanez Monica Ortiz and Benito Olivas-Yanez face charges of using the home to produce meth and conspiracy with Raul Vidal Ramirez-Florez. The case ties to a larger federal effort with arrests across Kansas City and notes prior criminal activity by the defendants including a 2009 cockfighting conviction.
