Minneapolis December 16 Peter S. Nielson assistant county attorney said Wesley Andersch identified Isadore Blumenfeld known as Kid Cann as the slayer of Walter Liggett publisher. The identification followed Andersch’s return from a distant town after hiding. Mrs Liggett had already identified Blumenfeld as the killer.
