Topeka December 16 A new parole bid for Mrs Minnie Dietrich of Lawrence the first woman to appeal to the supreme court on a bank robbery charge was heard before Governor J M Davis. Dietrich her husband and four children and her attorney presented petitions and signatures from officials involved. Dietrich convicted of entering a bank with intent to rob says she did not receive loot and blames influence by Oscar Botts paroled after four months. She testified she was over sympathetic to Botts and tried to dissuade him from the holdup. Two of her children are state university seniors and the others work in Lawrence.
