Aretha Franklin to sing at Queen’s Jubilee garden concert
Los Angeles star Aretha Franklin will perform four to five songs for 15 000 invited guests in Buckingham Palace gardens on June 3 2002 for Queen Elizabeth II’s 50th ascension anniversary. The BBC will air the event internationally and later in the United States. Franklin has 15 Grammys and is a Rock Hall of Fame inductee.
