Seven former Douglas County Jail inmates have spent about three months under house arrest via electronic monitoring bracelets since the 90 day trial began. The devices were donated by the manufacturer and are monitored to flag movement violations. The program aims to expand to post conviction inmates and pre trial diversions while tracking attendance and treatment in the behavioral health court.
