Eudora police arrested Brandon Wheelock 23 Tonya Price 40 and Kyleigh Price 20 at a Birch Street home between about 10 p m and midnight after a search warrant. Wheelock faces burglary and theft charges plus drug paraphernalia and depressant possession. Pricees were charged with drug paraphernalia possession endangering a child and aggravated endangerment for Kyleigh. All three are held without bond as the probe continues.
