Nixon selects cabinet flavored by business and conservatism
President-elect Nixon names a fiscally cautious cabinet of longtime allies. William P. Rogers becomes secretary of state with strong White House trust, Robert Finch heads health and welfare, and John N. Mitchell is attorney general.
