Fort Riley Projects Advance With 400 Buildings Planned
Construction expands at Fort Riley with Camp Funston cantonment, Camp Whitside hospital facilities, and cavalry replacement center. About 4,000 workers join 400 buildings at Funston including a 20 by 130 foot Union Pacific station and overpasses. Western sites include 40 hospital buildings and warehousing. Camp Funston will house nearly 12,000 men and officers while the replacement center services about 7,000.

Band Clinic At North High In Kansas City
Wiley of Kansas University directed the band clinic at North high school Kansas City Missouri Monday evening. About 30 music supervisors and music students joined with North high school band members in a brass clinic directed by Dr Gaston. A brass playing fundamentals discussion followed with demonstrations.
