Icy roads blamed for two rural Douglas County crashes
Two traffic accidents Thursday in Douglas County were caused by icy roads. At the Wakarusa bridge east of Lawrence on K 10, Jack R. Snodgrass and Vicky R. Schuler received minor injuries after a head on crash. A separate crash near Lawrence involved Renee Hurst and William Molinelli, both with minor injuries, as drifts and ice led to a two car collision.
