Wichita men sentenced for robbery of KU students
A Douglas County judge sentenced two Wichita men to nearly 11 years in prison for robbing three female Kansas University students last year at a Lawrence apartment. The victims were held at gunpoint and one was bruised. prosecutors noted a plea deal shaped the sentencing. Co-defendant Hammond received two months in jail plus probation for two incidents.
