Daughters to receive life insurance in murder case
More than six years after Martin Anderson was murdered his four daughters will receive over 370000 from his life policy. The payout in escrow amounts to 373413 plus interest and goes to Lori Julie Janelle and Jennifer through administrator Larry Putnam once they reach 18. The New England Life Insurance Company had contested the claim, arguing Mrs Eldridge planned the death when helping buy the policy. A 1987 district court jury held Anderson bought the policy, not Mrs Eldridge.
