Airman Jerry D. Burkhart has graduated from a U S Air Force technical school at Sheppard AFB and is assigned to Luke AFB Arizona. Army Specialist 5 Charles E Stewart has been promoted while with the 3rd Infantry Division in Germany. Army Pfc David L King is assigned to the 26th Engineer Battalion near Chu Lai Vietnam.
The Lecompton Community Club will hold a 7 p.m. Christmas supper at City Hall with Boy Girl and Cub Scouts plus leaders and parents invited. Scouts will decorate tables and present the program. Officers will be elected during the business meeting.
