Theis says party to pay deficit from dinner funds

Kansas Democratic Party executive committee voted to use proceeds from a fund raising dinner to pay Frank Theis campaign deficits and keep state headquarters, with a February or March dinner planned to raise more funds. Dillon Opens Half Million Dollar Dillon Store in Lawrence
