Attorney General Frizzell Keeps Seven Assistants
WICHITA AP Seven of the nine assistant attorneys general will remain on the staff of Attorney General Kent Frizzell when he takes office in January Frizzell said he asked all aides of the current AG Robert Sonderholm to stay but Dean Burkhead and Paul Artbe left the office He named Gary Rohrer Lincoln Kan county attorney to fill one vacancy effective Jan 1 and hopes to fill the second The remaining assistants are Richard Seaton Richard Foth OR Stites Sherman Parks Edward Collister Richard Oxandall and Lance Burr. Frizzell noted that by July 1 1969 all assistants would be recommended for salary increases under a state law.
