Power outage hits Kansas City area after unknown failure
A 50 minute blackout across much of the Greater Kansas City area followed a circuit breaker failure at the Northeast generating station after a 13 000 volt short. Dehydrator Stench Blamed for Lawrence Odor Episode

Borserine Parole Decision Delayed By State Board
