No Dissension Here Report From SMU Gridders
Southern Methodist University football players deny rumors of locker room fights and discord as they finish the Southwest Conference race. Co-Captain Robby Collier signs an open letter to fans stating the team’s spirit and cooperation remained strong from season start to finish after losing four of five games. The declaration was read at a team dinner in Dallas dated December 5 and contrasts with circulating reports during SMU’s late season slide.
