County Court judges narrowed to three in Kansas
The seven member nominating panel trimmed eight applicants to three for Douglas County district court judge. Lawrence defense attorney Jim George Peggy C Kittel and Stephen Six will have their names sent to Gov. Kathleen Sebelius for consideration. Sebelius will be notified Monday and has 30 days to decide.
